5 minutes from Malindi’s centre and just 250 mt from the sea, in the residential part of the coastline, facing the most beautiful road –Casuarina Road- rise two gorgeous villas, inserted in a complex with two more villas –Maridadi Houses- all of them independent and newly built.
Villa Features
Newly built villa with a global surface of approximately 300 sm, situated on a 2000 sq property.
All the structures are made of masonry and concrete and the inner residential part is completely ceilinged; the external roof is made as a typical Makuti african roof (plaited palm leaves ) keeping the villa nicely fresh.
- 4 double bedrooms, each coming with its own fully furnished bathroom, air conditioning, walk-in closet or wall closet, independent entrance with security lock door, venetian flooring in the terrace, coated bathrooms, grated windows, mosquito netting.
- 1 fully coated kitchen equipped with: storeroom, working surfaces, independent access.
- 1 living room, arranged with dining area and sitting area; access is guaranteed both from the porch and the kitchen.
- 1 guest bathroom, accessible from the living room.
- 1 porch covered by makuti roof with naturally finished galana flooring.
- 1 swimming pool with its own pump and filter.
Furnishing: the Pink Villa comes fully furnished: beds, night tables, sofas, dining tables with matching chairs, couches, courtains, lamps, etc. (all the forniture are entirely handmade in solid wood); doors are in solid wood with a handmade sculpted embellishment from the highly skilled local craftsmen.
The Azure Villa is not furnished, but it is possible to furnish it on request.
Estabilished garden with local flora (buganvillea, various palms, lantac, ibiscus, plumeria acutifolia).
Finish:the Villa has been followed in each stage by italian architects in order to guarantee the respect of the western residential standards. Attention and care has been given to the tiniest details.
Small house for the staff, providing accomodation for 2 persons, equipped with services and laundry. 2 parking places.
Water: drinkable water supply is provided by a direct link to Malindi aqueduct, with a spare tank located on the house; a drilled well supplies water by pump to the whole residence for garden irrigation.
Electric Energy supplied by State agency.
Lighting: indoor lighting provided by floor and wall lamps, each external wall of the villa is provided with nocturnal lighting lamps; lamps are also located around the swimming pool and in the garden. Fencing: the whole plot is delimited by a coral covered wall, topped by barbed wire fence on which lays a buganvillea bush.
